Adjustable Straps Build Muscle Multifunctional Resistance Bands

First thing; don’t be intimidated by the 270lb rating… this is all 6 bands connected and at their full stretched length (no more than 3 times length ) this is a quality product and very nice set, I would buy it again. Band colors are nice and even though weight is printed on only one side it is easy to read. I compared the 50lb band to 35lb and 25lb dumbbells. standing on band with feet together doing biceps curls is similar to 25lb dumbbell for each arm. when reaching higher above shoulders , weight seemed to be more than 35lbs. seems weight values are on the high side but realistic. I spend most of the time using the 50, 70, and 90 in combination. because I prefer not to break/damage them I use in multiples when possible and not stretch them as far. They will stretch a long way though and return to original length. Instructions: keep out of direct sunlight and don’t stretch over 3 times unit length. Keep in mind if band were to give or breaks it will not hit you in the head – protect eyes with safety glasses – (don’t look straight down band wile using) Examine for kinks and cuts before using and to protect from such when wrapping around something for extra length. When standing on them with feet apart stretch less than 3 times the amount between foot and short of the handle. this set will allow weight changes from 10lbs all the way to 270lbs in 10lb intervals. The handles are simple and strong enough allowing for full articulation and the clips are of a good size. Cushion material is a bit thin but no complaints. Door anchor is small but adequate. I would not use on an interior door, only a solid core door and frame and make sure to lock the door when using… preferably a bolt lock if on the opening side. using on the hinged side would be safer. Bag is big enough to fit everything and a few extra bands and safety glasses. I haven’t used the ankle straps I think the best use of these are slow and static exercise rather than high repetitions.
