This 60-minute masterclass will explore how to adapt traditional Fitness Pilates exercises using a chair, mini balls and supported positions, making your sessions more accessible, inclusive and engaging without compromising on quality or effectiveness. Using the mini ball throughout the class, you’ll discover how to add variety, improve posture, increase core activation, enhance body awareness and create fun, effective movement sequences suitable for a wide range of participants. Whether you teach older adults, beginners, people returning to exercise, those living with long-term health conditions or anyone who would benefit from additional support and stability, this workshop will provide you with a wealth of practical ideas to enhance your teaching.
